Mr, William Hundley, Chie? of the Department's Organized Crime and Racketeering Section when Mr. Kennedy was Attorney General, stated in an interview by FBI representatives on December 30, 1965, that he had been aware, at the time, that the FBI had been using micro- phones in its investigation of the underworld "skinming operations" from gambling receipts at casinos in Las Vegas, and had discussed microphone coverage in Las Vegas with Assistant Attorney General Hiller. In regard to security matters, the FBI has broad authority through the President's Foreign Intelli-#~ gence Advisory Board to collect foreign intelligence in
