Her son was introduced to JANLA as TEDDY. JANLA and TEDDY went
off together in the park. TEDDY dropped a little boy over a wall
in the park. The little boy crawled over to the railroad tracks.
TEDDY tried to pull, the little boy off of the tracks, but was
unsuccessful. The little boy was then hit be a train and killed.
TEDDY attempted to Sexually attack JANLA after the train incident
by acting out what he had learned in pictures.
The next encounter CARR had with TED BUNDY occurred_in
1968 in Old Bennington, Vermont. CARR was on vacation with
CARR met a strange man at the railway station in Old
Bennington. She recalled that she was attracted to the man, “who
introduced himself as TED. CARR called her father in Pittsburgh
at this time and described TED to him. CARR recalled that her
father got very upset and began shouting at her over the phone.
CARR’s next encounter with TED BUNDY occurred in
November of 1969. .At this time, CARR was a freshman at the
University of Pittsburgh. CARR’s dormitory_roommate,
was from Philadelphia. CARR and travelled to
Philadelphia during the weekend prior to Thanksgiving in order to
attend a Rolling Stones concert. While in Philadelphia, CARR
attended a party at; Temple University. At this party, CARR was
approached by a young man who turned out to be TED BUNDY. He
tried to get her away: from the crowd. CARR did not recognize him
from their earlier meetings because her father had brainwashed
her to forget that she ever met him.
CARR and BUNDY took LSD at the party. CARR stated that
she was in love with BUNDY, then realized during the course of
their conversation that he was a mass murderer. BUNDY told CARR
that she did not know what he was like, and he talked about the
devil as if he were the devil. He told CARR about an incident
that occurred when he was 14 or 15. A little girl he liked fell
off a bridge into the water below and broke her neck. .She was
dead from the fall, but BUNDY sexually assaulted her and buried
her near the river.’ CARR told him that as long as such an
incident never happened again, she could accept it. BUNDY then
made a face as if he was remembering the incident. He then
mentioned Kettering, Ohio, and the names and

her if she liked silver blue Volkswagens.
