Although JANLA CARR appeared cooperative during the interview, of significance is the fact that she refused to show to the FBI the letter’she received from LOUISE BUNDY, which she admitted refuted point by point her allegations concerning her relationship with BUNDY. Inasmuch as JANLA CARR’s allegations: concerning her personal contacts with TED BUNDY lack credibility and in view of the indication she conducted extensive research concerning BUNDY, no investigation was conducted to determine if the 4 crimes described by JANLA CARR occurred. Inasmuch as no investigation remains in the Pittsburgh Division, this case is being placed in an RUC status. 2*
