On 6/15/83, a conference was convened between
USA W. Asa Hutchinson, WDA, Ft. Smith, Arkansas, and USA,
WDM, Kansas City, Missouri, as well as representatives of
the FBI and ATF, such meeting transpiring at the USA's
Office, Springfield, Missouri.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the
feasibility of conducting a search of property in Marion
County, Arkansas, and Stone County, Arkansas, such propert
