RE: CSA SD On April 21, 1987, a four-count indictment charging 14 subjects with Seditious Conspiracy, Interstate Transportation of Stolen Property, Receipt of Stolen Money, and Conspiracy to Murder Federal Officials was returned in the Western District of Arkansas. In support of this indictment are some 130 overt acts thd include travel and meetings for the purpose of discussing ways and means of how to overthrow the government, homicide, sale and purchase of automatic weapons, armed robbery netting in excess of $4 million, and distribution of these monies.
