On December 13, 1968 an article appeared in the San Frenecisco Examiner, a daily newspaper of San Francisco, entitied "Anti-Negro Leaflets At State Campus." The article described ANDREW VICTOR, to be a unit leader of the American \Nezi Party and he was the one responsible for passing out the leaflets on the campus. The leaflet was entitled "Had Enough Whitey?" VICTOR was described as heing very discreet to whom he handed leaflets. VICTOR said his onmganization, known officially as the National Socialist White People's Party, next summer will “really raise hell " to get its message across.
