He was advised they should be. 2. If the victims desire to be interviewed in the presence of their attorneys, would this be permissible? He was advised that under the circumstances it would, but that in the last analysis he would have to be responsible for the circumstances under which the interview is ao conducted and that the attorney is the groper person in front of whom ! to conduct the interview. 3. Ifa request is made for a signed statement, should a copy be made available?
