By way of background, subject had mailed similar letters in 1982 and 1985 when he indicated that if the opportunity were available he would kill a Supreme ponies Justice; however, past investigation has shown that is confined to a wheel chair with terminal cancer. in March and April of 1987 he had had heart attacks. claims to be an ordained minister and rambled during the interview about his right of free speech and the fact that the Supreme Court had taken his rights from him, giving them to others, including homosexuals.
