As tho colored people have moved in, ths whites have transferred out until the thites have been moved into one corfner of the district and they have immigrated ‘to Maryland and to virginia. A total of ein 242,000 people between the ages of 18 and 45have mored out Trist co a of the disti of Soéounbla within the past 5 or 6 years, and that doesn't include the children of these families nor does 1t include the oid ones.
