for many years and that since 1957 MARSHALL has been a frequent
visitor, staying in his home on many occasions, and their
association pas been close, both in a personal and a business
manner, has visited the applicant in his home in
New York on a number of occasions. ce agit that

BOOKER, deceased Negro attorney. stated applicant
was of course very well known in Little Rock but did not have
