He went on to say tnat tne applicant has been employed by tne NAACP as a Legal Counsel since tne 193U's, and prior to was @ practicing attorney in Baltimore, “eryland. escribed the applicant as a very aole person and attorney, wno has a weil rounded backgroud in the legal fiela, and wno is capable ot handling oral situations be- tween lawyers.
