He stated that MARSHALL is a hard working, vigorous, charming person possessed of an objectivity which establishes him as one of the leaders "of our time". He stated that MARSHALL is active in church groups, is a ‘faithful church attendant:. and a person about whom no question could be raised regarding hia loyalty to the United States. stated that MARSHALL has been steadfast in his dec ng any association with organizations about which there i8 any suspicion of communist or subversive domination or control. He said that MARSHALL adheres to an exemplary philosophical attitude and that he is a person of unquestionably fine character.
