Tae Conv*vessional Committee on Un-American
Activities Report on the National Lawyers' Guild, House
Report No. 3123, doted September 21, 1950, cited the
National Lawyers' Cuild as a Communist front which “is the
foremast legal bulvar'c of the Communist party, its front
organizations, and controlled unions" and which “since its
inception has never fatled to rally to the legal defense of
the Communist party and individual members thereof, including
known espionage ascents".
