Hightower ia an electrician employed by the Edenfield Electric Company, which is under subcontract with the Mazon Construction Company, per- forming work at the E-29 Plant, gave the following account o observations. He noted that the sky was clear and 7 the object was merely white, not shiny ani emitted no trail of amke and appeared to have no appendages. When asked what he thought of the object, QP related that his first impression was that it might be a toy ballon, because it looked quite similar to a toy ballon which one of the noighbor-hood giris bt had released in bis presence several weeks ago.
