At 6:30 A. ¥. this date, vr. qq, telephonically contacted this office, and advised that he had found a strange object in his back yard. Mr. @jiim described the object as a metallic corrugated ball, slightly larger than a baseball, with a wire attached to it. The writer asked Vr. Qi what he thought the object was, and he replied, "not being a geologist he could not say". Mr. Qn, v5 asked if he thought the object was a bomb, and he replied that he did not know, - but it hadn't blown up yet. The writer referred vr. Q@@ERM to the Oklahoma City Police Department. vr. QR volunteered that he had been drinking, but that he was not drunk. It was apparent from kr. Qin incoherent speech and thickness of tongue, he was under the influence of liquor. Leone oe . - anette. og Mr. Gi called again at 7:00 A.¥. and he was again told to call the Oklahoma City Police Department. At 7:30 A. M. the complainant called the office, and advised that he had called the police department, and that they tried to make a damned fool out of him and he didn't like it a bit. Mr. Qi was very arrorant and demanding during this conversation. He wanted the FBI to do something. The writer was courteous to kr. Qi and informed him that his call would be made @ matter of record and in the event the matter was within the investigative jurisdiction of this office, he would be contacted. .
