Resolutions adopted at the 7th National Assembly
held in late April, 1968, at San Juan, Puerto Rico, included
expressions of solidarity with the National Liberation Front
of South Vietnam and promises of material support in the form
of medicine and money. Aliso included were a resolution of
solidarity with "Black Power" in the United States, and an
expression of solidarity with the "National Liberation" .
