One of its chtef activities - has been and still is the dissemination _ of voluminous Communist propaganda ue material.'! if ‘FRANK WILKINSON was called as a witness when he appeared in Atlanta as a representative —-—- of the Emergency Civil Liberties Committee to propazandize against the Committee on Un-American Activities and to protest its hearinzs. In 1956 WILKINSCN was identified as a Communist Party member by - 4 & former FBI undercover agent within the : Party. summoned at that time to answer t the allegation, his reply to all questions WAS, | "I am answerinz no questions of this committee."
