Ww € attended the above mentioned benefit and stated that - Abbie Hoffman did not appear. that Jerry Rubin spoke at the above benefit at 9:00 p.m., at which time there were approximately 400 people in attendance. Rubin 4 stated that the Conspiracy 7 had (obscene) up the court ; system. He stated Judge Hoffman was the ‘biggest Yippie of them all". Rubin indicated that the Conspiracy 7 was going to make a movie about the Chicago trial, and they would offer Judge Hoffman $100,000 to play himself. Rubin referred to various incidents of the trial in a humorous manner, including Judge Hoffman's request that Bobby Seale speak up during the time he was gagged in court.
