HOFFMAN to speak on the campus of the University of New
Hampshire, May 5, 1970. ;
On February 18, 1970, DAVID DELLINGER and
JERRY RUBIN were found guilty in the
United States District Court, Northern
District of Illinois, Cnicago, Illinois,
for violating the Anti-Riot Law Statute
for traveling in interstate commerce
from outside the State of Illinois with
intent to incite riots in Chicago, Illinois,
during the Democratic National Convention
in August, 1968. On February 20, 1970,
they were sentenced to five years inmvrison-
7 ment and fined $5,000 each. On February 28,
1970, the United States Court of Appeals,
a (USCA), Seventh Circuit, Chicago, Illinois
