NY 100-1613445 ‘ The unknown female was white, eary 20's, five feet, two inches, 120 pounds, short brown nair, light complexion, She was wearing a dark grey floppy nat, dark blue or black long coat, light green turtle-neck sweater, tan slacks and brown SHOES « (7¢ ) The SAS also observed that DAVID DELLINGER, arrived at Ticket Gate Number 5 at JFKIA with ABBOTT HOFFMAN and the unknown female. DFLLINGER left Ticket Gate Number 5 after ' engaging in farewells with ABBOTT HOFFMAN and the unxnown 7 female at 8:10 PM. (.) ~ 7 a + On February 18, 1970, DAVID DELLINGER was found guilty in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Chicago, Illinois for violating the Anti-Riot Law Statute for travelling in interstate commerce from atside the State of Illinois with intent to incite riots in Chicago, Illinois, duritg the Democratic National Convention in August, 1968, on February 20, 1970, he was sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $5,000.00. On February 28, 1970, tne United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, Chicago, Illinois, ordered nim t D released on $25,000.00 bond, pending appeal were 1: = ones _ ae - pore yn of his conviction. (<> L Pan An EE x, Queens, New York, sed on March 18, > that tickets in names of A, HOFFMAN and M. BACKER were purchased at the Pan Am - ticket office in NYC on March 17, 1971, by check and that ~ the drawer of the check was not shown on the tickets. There were no notations of passport numbers on the tickets. A, HOFFMAN used ticket number 026248068/669 and M, BACKER used ticket number 026248068/666, (<) On March 21, 1971, SAS of the FBI observed passengers who arrived at JFKIA, Queens, New York, aboard Pan Am Flight at 8:15 PM from Paris, France, ABBOTT HOFFMAN, who had reservations for this flight, was not observed.
