The scheduling was made by the college Cultural Affairs Committee, an official student- faculty committee of the college, as a last minute substitution when the original speaker, Senator EDMUND MUSKIE (Democrat-~- Maine), was unable to attend. Tickets for the program were free for any student who displayed a current Student Activity Card.
