The hearings took place at the Fontainebleau Hote] on . _.. Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, When the three individuals had proceeded almost to the speaker's platform, they were discovered and members of the committee requested police to evict them from the room, The three individuals were carried out of the room by police officers but were not arrested, After being bodily removed, these three persons spoke at length to newsmen on the street in front of the hotel, This event had occurred at about 11945 a.m, Just before noon, approximately 15 to 20 individuals, who were reportedly members of the YIP and the Vietnam Veterans Against the War, were assembled in the open area immediately in front of the Fontainebleau Hotel near the point where the three persons who had been evicted from the committee hearing were talking with members of the pres re wee FEC, FBI, Miami August 17 RENNARD DAVIS, also known as Rennie Davis, was found guilty in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of lllinois, Chicago, Illinois, during February, 1970, on violation of Federal anti~riot laws arising out of his participation in the riots during the Democratic National Convention in Chicago in 1968.
