Miller Subject, a "Chicago Seven" defendant and co-founder f of Youth International Party (YIP), a loosely-knit anti- Pa establishment, revolutionary youth organization formed in . WyC in January, 1968, was arrested with three other individuals in NYC 8/28/73 by NYCPD while attempting to sell $500,000 worth of cocaine to undercover polica effiters. Subject, who waa charged with sale of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, failed to post bond of £200,000 at 8/29/73 hearing and was incarcerated by NYC authorities. On 8/31/73, at a bond hearing, subject's bail was reduced to $50, 2000, 37 which subject failed to post.
