NOTE: Rerep on pages 11-15 sets forth information that representatives of the Chicago Police Department, had taken films of disturbances at time of Democratic National Convention. Chicago detectives had photographed Rennard C, Davis, Jerry Rubin, Thomas Emmett Hayden and subject involved in some activities at Democratic National Convention.
