U. s OIC ourt of Appeals (USCA), Seventh Circuit, Chicago, made veilable a copy of an emergency motion filed with the Court by counsel acting on behalf of Hoffman. This motion requested USCA permission for a change in travel plans as contained in Hoffman's previous motion before the Court, - ‘which motion had been approved September 21, 1970.
