Abbott Howard Hoffman
8:15 p.m. from Paris, France, Abbott Hoffman, who had
reservations for this flight, was not observed,
On March 2], 1971, the SAS of the FBI reviewed
the Customs Declarations of all passengers aboard Pan Am
Flight 119 submitted to the United States Customs Agents
at JFKIA and no such declarations in names of Abbott
Hoffman or Mindy Backer, who had accompanied Hoffman to
Paris, France from NYC, on March 18, 1971, were located,

23, 1971, that according to the records of BOAC, A. Hoffman
made @ booking in London, England on March 22, 1971 for
BOAC Flight 541 out of Belfast, Ireland at 12:00 noon on
March 23, 1971 for connection with BOAC Flight 537 at Prestwick,
Scotland at 2:55 p.m, on March 23, 1971. Flight 537 was due
to arrive at NYC at 4:10 p.m. on March 23, 1971. However, A.
Hoffman failed to appear for Flight 541 in Belfast, Ireland
or Flight 537 in Prestwick, Scotland,
supra, advised on March 24,
i971, that according to BOAC records, A. Hoffman had a
booking for BOAC Flight 591 leaving London, Engiand at 11:00
a.m. on March 24, 1971 and arriving in NYC at 12:50 p.m. on
March 24, 19712.
On March 24, 1971, SAS of the FBI observed Abbott
Hoffman arrive at the BOAC Terminal at JFKIA, Queens, NY, at
12:57 p.m. aboard BOAC Flight 591 from London, England.
Hoffman was alone, Hoffman was also observed departing the
L ee alone at 1:25 p.m. by taxi cab,
