hie WEO bila” err Sarees By communication dated May 20, 1971, FBI Head- quarters, advised the New York Field Office that a photo- graph of subject HOFFMAN appears on page twenty-six of the May 17, 1971 edition of "Newsweek" magazine, depicting subject "Taped and Fenced" in Washington, D.C., following his arrest during recent May Day demonstrations. The photo was reportedly credited to one KEN REGAN, owner of camera number 5. New York was requested to contact Newsweek to obtain a copy of the photo-_ graph and to obtain the name and address of the photographer for possible future issuance of subpoena.
