Hane leacal Chicago counsel for Hoffmen The = as ss ey, ee oe WHS MF Se BO De any motion was furnished on August 30, 1971, by Assistant United States Attorney James Breen, Northern District of Illinois, and is self-explanatory in nature concerning the request by Hoffman for USCA permission to travel to Jamaica during the last week in September, 1971, and again for the period November, 1971, through February, 1972. In connection with this request, and the reason therefor, it might he noted Hoffman was a convicted defendant in the so-called Conspiracy Seven trial, Chicago, which took place over the period September, 1969, through February, 1970, and involved those persons earlier indicted for violation of the Federal Antiriot Statute, as a result of actions surrounding the August, 1968, Democratic National Convention, Chicago.
