Mr. Cassels made s favorable impression upon the undersigned and
he waz quite convincing as to the accuracy $f his statements. If we
assuse that his statements are accurate, wefio not believe we would
have a case; on the other hand, {f we assum? his statements are in-
ucourate, even them we would have no evidenve to suoport a charge of
misconduct, other than the priasa facie effect of the article itseli,
and w* believe that witn the testiseny of the three respondents and
the testisony of Mr. Cassels, the respondents would have a complete
defense.
The subcommittee recommends that the complaint be dropped.
