Mikv sition of Judge of the United States Court of Appeals District of Columbia Circuit.[_____ Jadvised he was unable to locate any record in his bank concerning Abner J. Mikva or Winchester Venture, located in Chicago, i a loan held by his bank, in the amount of for a lien agai ing in which Mr. Mikva and his wife ownl stated, it is not unusual for a person to obtain a loan under his name when in reality the loan may be used by more than one person for a business venture. He advised this may be the case in this matter and without other names or addresses he could not determine if a loan actually existed. -39-
