White Cadillac, 410148, driven by ABS, departs residence followed by two white males in blue and silver 7 Chevrolet pickup, ——*+diwilicense b6 Both vehicles in 1:20 p.m. entry make a U-turn on Perkins Road just east of Siegan, and turn in‘to a small shopping center (Perkins Plaza), which has a True Value Hardware Store in it on the north side of Perkins Road. Subject's in pickup observed talking on CB radio prior to turning into Perkins Plaza. ABS observed talking on pay phone (504/766-9121) located on west wall of Ronnie's Seafood in Perkins Plaza. One unknown subject observed sitting in blue and silver pickup truck near ABS. One of the unknown white males out of the blue and silver Chevrolet pickup,[ __] observed talking on the phone. (ABS) is observed standing next to him. Individual talking on the phone in entry of 1:42 p.m. is positivély identified as the driver of when observed on May 17, 1983, at National Food Store. Telephone call is turned over to ABS. ABS observed dialing a telephone number. ABS observed putting money into pay phone - ABS and other individual return to their vehicles and depart.
