Date of transcription.
A surveillance was conducted in the vicinity
of Eagle Aviations, New Orleans Lakefront Airport, New
Orleans, Louisiana, at which time the following observations
were noted:
11:30 a.m. Fisur began.
12:15 p.m. Observed employees of Eagle
Aviation (EA) working on an
aircraft, Tail #N8718Q. It
is a propeller driven, Turbo
Stationair II Cessna.
12:16 p.m. The above aircraft aéparts.
12:18 p.m. The Lear jet, Tail # A is
observed inside the EA Hangar.
12:38 p.m. An EA mechanic observed moving
a twin engine prop plane, Tail
#N84DB. It is a Navahoe Panther
Jet Prop.
12:40 p.m. A Sedan bearing[ ___
[_]driven by three blac
males arrives at EA. One black
male goes in and the vehicle departs.
1:00 p.m. A single engine plane, Tail #N40990
departs from EA.
1:07 p.m. A_small silver n_ bearing b7C
Lo tag a arrives
at EA and speaks to one of the
EA managers.
1:16 p.m. [and an unidentified
white male exit EA and departs in
a four door silver_Cadilliac,
