Date of transcription.
A surveillance was conducted in the vicinity of Baton
Rouge, Louisiana, at which time the following observations were
noted:
7:15 a.m. Begin surveillance in the
vicinity of Seigen Lane and
Perkins Road.
8:10 a.m. Vehicles observed at 8216 Oakbrook
were the white Cadillac (41C148),
the gold Buick (185X082) and the
brown Monte Carlo (275X734).
8:30 a.m. Barry Seal departed in the Cadillac;
travelled east on Perkins Road.
8:35 a.m. He stopped east of Highland Road,
opened his door and looked back
at oncoming traffic.
8:37 a.m. He moved east about one mile and
stopped again.
8:40 a.m. He continued east on Perkins Road
and east on Airline Highway. He
turned south on Swamp Road.
8:43 a.m. He stopped again and backed up a
short distance.
8:45 a.m. He continued on Swamp Road.
8:48 a.m. He turned west on Perkins Road.
8:55 a.m. He arrived at his residence, 8216
Oakbrook.
