Both individuals were observed almost continuously on upstairs pay phones and white male used,.293-9023, 2:30 PM White male, companion observed making call. 3:30 PM B.S.'s companion departs Ramada Inn in Pinto wagon. 3:32 PM B.S. departs Ramada. 3:36 PM B.S. observed at Uniroyal Tires, near Jefferson and Airline. b6 3:48 PM B.S. observed with someone looking at blue_vehicle b7c on rack at Uniroyal. Vehicle has license 3:51 PM B.S. and white female, presumed to be owner of above blue vehicle, depart in B.S.'s Cadillac. 4:00 PM Surveillance terminated. ADDENDUM: It was determined Louisiana license 90B133 registered to Emile Camp, Slidell, Louisiana. The above white male believed to be Emile Camp was observed using a telephone (293-9023) downstairs in the Lobby from 1:58 p.m. to about 2:10 p.m. and appeared to make three calls. He made another call at the same telephone at about 2:30 p.m.
