A surveillance was conducted in the vicinity of
8216 Oakbrook, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at which time the following
observations were noted:
2:00 p.m. Begin surveillance in the vicinity
of the residence of Barry Seal,
8216 Oakbrook. Barry Seal's white
Cadillac (41C148) was parked in
the driveway: and a gold color car
was observed in the garage; the
brown Pinto (90B133) was in the
drive.
3:05 p.m. Two white females and several
children departed in the gold Buick
(185X082).
3:25 p.m. The above gold Buick arrived at the
Airport with one white female and three
children. She picked up a white
female passenger at Louisiana Aircraft
and departed.
4:45 p.m. A spot check was made att
