FOD-302 (REV. 3-8-77) | @ FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION 1 Date of transcription___ 9/13/83 _ At approximately 7:02 p.m., I observed Adler Seal back out of his driveway driving a brown Monte Carlo, Louisiana license (275X734). He drove to Perkins Road and turned toward Siegen Lane. At approximately 7:23 p.m., I observed Seal talking on a coin phone at the 7-11 store at the corner of Siegen and Perkins Road. I observed that coin phone 766-9112, located in front of Savco Drugs was in use. At approximately 7:31, Seal hung up the phone and went to his vehicle.
