NO 245D-7 @ @ 6:03 p.m. (ABS) is off pay telephone 924-9818 and turns and gets on a new one located next to it, 504/925-9491, 6:16 p.m. Unknown white male walks to (ABS) ear then returns to where (ABS) is, who is still on the phones. 6:17 p.m. (ABS) is observed off the phone and both he and the unknown white male walk to (ABS) car where they talk. 6:19 p.m. Both depart in their separate vehicles. 6:32 p.m. The unknown white male arrives at the Monarch Inn (Best Western Motel) located on the South Frontage Road of I-12, just West of Sherwood Forest, after driving what appeared to be a clean-up route on Airline Highway. 6:36 p.m. The unknown white male's Mercury was observed parked near Room 155, in the very back of the motel. The vehicle was backed in the parking place. 6:42 p.m. (ABS) arrives at his residence. 6:49 p.m. Leer lis observed in his Ford pick-u ue and si ver) ,[| ~~] license J turning on South Frontage Road at I-12 and Sherwood Forest towards the Monarch Inn. 6:53 p.m. a observed talking to an unknown male in doorway of Monarch Inn in room located in very rear, near Room 155. This male appeared to be same individual observed earlier with b6 (ABS) at K&B Drug Store. b7C 6:56 p.m. [J observea turning South on Sherwood Forest in his Ford pick-up. The unknown white male previously observed with (ABS) and driving Mercury with [license plate observed heading East on I-12. 7:16 p.m. Parts from a wrapper, orange and white, from a ten dollar roll of quarters was recovered from under pay telephones (2) 504/924-9818; (4) 504/924-9146; (5) 504/925-9162, all located at the K&B Drug Store, Village Square Shopping Center.
