SUMMARY OF ACTIVITY INVOLVING 1980 BEECHCRAFT
N73 WL.
This twin engine aircraft was leased by SEAL from
Ft. Worth Aviation, Inc. A considerable amount of money
was spent by SEAL having sophisticated avionics installed’
on the aircraft by Electrosonics, Inc., Columbiis, Ohio. pe
associated with E,ectrosonics, Ipc. is SEAL', DIL
contact, Customs determined thatn 73WL arrived in Columbus,
Ohio about M,rch 12, 1983 for the purpose of removing the
electronic gear and installing it ona Bell helicopter,
NE 84 FC because the Beech was not suitable.
On Sunday, 3/13/83, SEAL was observed by me using pay
phone 766-9112, Tye phone is located in the_shopping center
at Siegen and Perkins, near his residence
On M,rch 17, 1983 it was reported by American Bonk
that on that day an unidentified individual attempted to
purchase a $9000 bank money order payable to Duncan Aviation.
Tye individual went to the Essen L,n@ branch. He had cash in
a McDonald', bag. When asked who the remitter was to be he
became confused and nervous. He went and made a phone call
and returned and took the money back without obtaining the
money order, Duncan Aviation was subsequently deterniined to
utilize the same Lincoln, Nebraska post office box as is
used by M,nagement Jet Internationgl, Inc. Management Jet
was determined to be the owner of Bell N 84 FC whiéh i
having the new installation made.
