Synopsis of Investigation: Investigation was initiated on 1/11/83, predicated upon information provided by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and multiple sources. This information revealed that Alder Berriman Seal and involved in narcotics trafficking and the hopped such trafficking.
