As you will notice my address hes changed.Until further notice it will be as shown in the upper right hand corner. At the present time our research activities are being kept secret.However,at a time in the future when we have no need to use this security measure,I will pers onally write and inform you of what we were,and possibly are,doing.Our research does have a seccndary issue. The main body of our research is with electric fields.(It is not a "copy" of what Keyhoe mentioned in his recent book relating to the Canadian Project.The research with which we are concered has been carried on for many years now by a research foundation in Western United States-which is not connected to us. The "flying Saucer" reports are of value to us because they may give clues towerd the investigation of various phases in cur re- search. I have told you these things so thst you might understand the need for our recieving saucer reports,also because you are no doubt curicus about our activities.Every once in a while I will inform you of our activity.)
