MISCELLANEOUS - INFORMATION CONCERNING
(ESPIONAGE)
At 11:35 p.m May 4 1956an individual
who identified himself as Thomas Gamble 102 Center
Street, Oxford, Pennsylvania, advised this Bureau
ne nad just observed at Oxford, Pennsylvania, a
bright light traveling about 2,ooo feet in the air
toward Baltimore, Maryland. He described the object
as a solid bright yellow light visible from all

as large as the headlight of an automobile. He also

described it as twice as bright as the evening star.
He was unable to described it in more detail.He
stated the object made na noise, that at first its
sped up and although ne was driving 80 miles an hour
he was unable to keep up with it. He advised that
two of his friends Cecil Pew and Raymond Dixon, also
nad observed the object.
