In view of the above information and in the absence of any
indication that matters related by Eva Reich in her letter to Stringfield are within
the Bureau's jurisdiction,Richmond should disregard the lead set out in the last
paragraph of referenced Cincinnati letter.
There is enclosed herewith for the Richmond Office an Autostat
of Eva Reich's letter to Leonard Stringfield, Cincinnati, Ohio, dated March 19,
1957. In view of Eva Reich's vague threatened use of force (set forth in the last
paragraph of her letter to Stringfield), Richmond Division should promptly make
this information available to appropriate local officials in Alexandria, Virginia.
