BOMBING MATTERS THREAT
At 10:45 p.M. on March 1, 1966, Officer
Miami Beach Police Department, Miami Beach, Flarida, telephoni.
cally advised that at 4:20 P.M, said date, he had receiyed a
telephone call from an anonymous male caller who said, "A
hand grenade wil1 be thrown at FRANK SINATRA sqme'time'tonight
during the show." He did not know if he would necognize'the
voice again or not.
hotified the Detective Bureau at the
Police Department, who notified Lieutenant
Sergeant
and Detective
of said Department, who
handle the show. They also advised the security'staff at
the Fontainebleau Hotel, Miami Beach, Florida.
