INOUYE--VICTIM; CONGRESSIONAL ASSASSINATION STATUTE Editiorial Assistant, City Desk, Baltimore Morning Sun, Baltimore, Maryland, telephonically 9q advised the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Baltimore, b7C on August 6, l973, that at approximately 3:40 p. m. this date, he received a telephone call in which a threat was made on the life of U. S. Senator Daniel K. Iouye. stated that upon his answering the telephone at' the Morning "I've got a story for you.. Sun, the unknown caller stated, 'When asked what he meant,. "The caller then made several obscene references regarding Senator Inouye, and concluded by stating that Inouye would be shot.. advised that the caller sounded like a white male, age in late 40's with no discernible dialect or accent.
