Dr. LAwreNcE advised that tho employco was intondirg to bocoze re-assooiated with this resoarch contract with the Office of Soiontifio Rosoaroh Development somewhere in the East, probably at Smith Collego, Now. Hampshire. To his knoulodge, however, the employee hed not become re-onployed. and was at the time this report was written unoccupied in any dofense work.. Miss Wu's fingerprints, taken at the time she registered under the Alien Rogistration Aot, have been searched through the Identification Division of thc Bureau, but no criminal record has been found.. Inasmuch as this employee's employmont has been terminated and sho is not presently engaged in any defense contract, this investigation is being olosed at this time. -CLOSED-
