Senator wARREN RuDMAN, 530 Hart Senate Office Building, Second and Constitution Avenue, N.w., Washington, DC, telephone number. (202) 224-3324, on January 12, 1988, postmarked January 10, 1988, Honolulu, Hawaii. The postcard was sent to the FBr Laboratory and Identification Divisions and was not identified as being similar to any other notes on file. Handwriting comparisons were attempted, but no match-ups were made. Several useful latent fingerprints were developed on the postcard, but are of questionable value to the case due to the fact that a postcard is directly touched and handled by many people during the mailing process. No other similar notes were known to have been received since this postcard. No logical investigation remains, and there are no suspects.
