(U) On October 10, 2018, the Schoharie County District Attorney, Susan Mallery, charged. of the limousine service (Prestige Limousine), with one count of criminally negligent b6 homicide. was arraigned in the Town of Cobleskill Court, b7C and released on $150, 000 bond. Additional charges may be filed in the future pending the results of the Nysp and NTsB investigations.
