Marshall filed a bankruptcy petition in the Central

In that petition she
omitted several assets from the schedules..
alleges
that
Marshall fraudulently listed only one item of jewelry worth.
$40,ooo.0o in her possession at the time of the filing.
She also
fraudulently stated that she had suffered a loss of approximately
17 items of jewelry in the Spring of 1995 due to a thefts from her
home safe in Cypress,

Texas and from her home in Los Angeles, California.

Marshall claimed that her former.
stole the jewelry. However, no insurance claims were filed.
by Marshall. A police report was filed by the Los Angeles Police
investigation determined that the theft report was unfounded and
stated that the bodyguard had in fact returned the jewels to
Marshall.
