"12 Jan '70 Gentlemen: I am writing you, because after reading the enclosed letter and seeing who it was to, I feel for the security of the nation. The man it was written:to is aboard the | Ticonderoga at this time. He was an "Rm' Striker on my. ship & I believe he will be one on the Tico. With the informa- b7C tion given in the letter I do believe that a small investigation should be in order to find out the facts & any links between the two people. I am not giving you my name for I am about to be discharged from the service & done want any delay.
