In all probabliity the subject was in contact with Nuccio while at the Biscayne Arms Motel. Nuccio's registration card was in the name of Mr. and Mrs. D. NucciO, 206 Sherman Road, Glenview. Illinois, 60025. A notation on the card was made by the hotel manager. A registration card noted that NUccI0 was the owner of a l967 Buick with Illinois Registration BN 205. stated that he recalled that Nuccio went to the track almost daily while stay-- ing at the Biscayne Arms. He also recalled that Nuccio was confined to Mt. Sinai Hospital for about a week for gall stones or a similar matter during his stay at the Biscayne Arms.
